Xiaoying Riley 
Director / Web Designer & Developer
Professional Background: Studied an MMus in Music Technology and an MSc in Creative Technology, worked with web technologies in the education sector before being employed as a web designer and front-end developer for client projects at a successful business consultancy company.
Being efficient and hard working, Xiaoying values dedication and does whatever it takes to deliver the required results. In the few occasions that she's away from her computer, she can be found cooking or reading (probably about web design).

Tom Riley
Director / Web Designer & Developer
Professional background: Studied a BSc (Hons) in Multimedia Technology and an MSc in Creative Technology, worked in building human-computer interfaces for CD, DVD, and USB media for a wide range of purposes before specialising in design and development for web technologies.
Tom is passionate about the effective use of technology and loves planning and building websites that put usability and accessibility first. He's a huge sci-fi fan, movie buff, dedicated gamer and listens to a lot of "Industrial" electronic rock music (don't ask, unless you are ready for a looooong explanation) while he is coding or running.
